Bill Heaney has over 38 years of multi-faceted tourism, hospitality, international commerce, and leadership experience. Bill has held the positions of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Boykin Hospitality and Savoy Hotels and Resorts, Vice President of Sales at Meristar Hotels & Resorts, Vice President Sales and Vice President of Brand Development with Red Lion Hotels. During his hospitality career Bill supervised the sales and marketing efforts of a portfolio of over 35 multi-branded and independent hotel, resort and conference centers with American General Hospitality and also was National Director of Sales and Marketing for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts at the start up of Wyndham. Bill began his travel and hospitality career as Director of Operations and Product Development for Arthurs Travel Incorporated, a Philadelphia-based division of tour operator International Thompson Ltd., of London, England. He eventually became the Sr. Vice President of Global Operations for Arthurs. Subsequently, he was Vice President of Marketing/Housing for charter tour operator GWV, a division of The Interface Group (producer of COMDEX). In these roles Bill has demonstrated consistent, extraordinary results and natural leadership while developing people, new initiatives, and pro-actively adapting to the rapid change of technology and markets.

Ben developed his first game for his third grade classmates and has had a passion for writing code ever since. After graduating from Gonzaga University, with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Ben has consistently been involved with coding and software development. He worked for a billion dollar financial institution as a software engineer developing a new platform for customer management. He was responsible for developing fast, secure web based solutions for the needs of his bank’s customers for nearly 10 years.
Mr. Balzarini is constantly working on his own projects, starting with that first program in the 3rd grade and more recently building his own 3D printer. Not only is he a dedicated software engineer he also brings his experience in customer needs and user interfaces which provides an invaluable skill set. Ben’s hospitality experience has developed over several years of development on a soon to be launched online hospitality product.
